[愛墾研創]鐵門、目光與身體：從福柯訓戒理論看《午夜快車》（Midnight Express, 1978）
1978年的電影《午夜快車》在上映之初即引發巨大震撼。影片改編自美國青年比利・海耶斯（Billy Hayes）的親身經歷，描述他在土耳其因走私大麻被捕、判刑，並在監獄中遭受非人待遇的過程。
長久以來，這部電影常被視為對「殘酷監獄制度」的控訴，甚至被批評為帶有強烈東方主義色彩。然而，若從法國思想家米歇爾・福柯的「訓戒理論」來看，《午夜快車》不僅是一部受難敘事，更是一部揭露現代權力如何透過制度、空間與身體運作的電影。
福柯在《規訓與懲罰》中指出，現代社會的權力已不再主要依賴公開的暴力與刑罰，而是透過「訓戒」…
