陳明發《民族復興的起步》1現代群眾工作強調“我們不一樣”。流行曲這麼唱，實際上，是反映了後現代民眾的心態。其文化基礎是“區別”。有的政治人物最擅长這一塊，雖說就是皮膚那麽一層的淺，但對不思考、盡信社媒的而又自我中心的男女，却往往很管用：我們廉潔，你們貪腐；我們美女，你們大嬸；我們才俊，你們蠢蛋；我們全民，你們種族主義；我們先進，你們食古不化.........。最有趣的是，被列為“他者”的另一邊，也很慣性地“自我”：“清者自清，不和你們一般見識。”
