文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
此菜源於這樣一個故事:一次,唐代大詩人王昌齡乘船路過浙江馬當山。
船家說:馬當山上有座神廟,行人過此多祭祀。
於是王即備酒肉及草履祭祀,並於祭祀後將祭品投到江中。船過馬當山後,他忽然想起,自己上船前買的那把金鑄刀是放在草履中的,甚感懊悔。
正在這時,一條三尺多長的大魚一下子躍到船上,詩人大喜,因其最喜食鮮魚,便讓人捉住魚烹制。
待打開魚腹時,發現祭品和那金鑄刀均在魚腹中,眾人無不稱奇——懷胎鮮魚就是杭州廚師在這個故事的啟發下創制出來的。
不過,魚腹中放的不是金鑄刀,而是蝦仁、火腿、香菇等美味——可惜,王昌齡那時還沒有這般烹飪技術,是吃不到這樣的美味的。
