文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
此菜又稱“蠔煎”,為閩南名小吃。
每年的10月至次年3月,是盛產鮮蠔的時節。
這期間在廈門等地的大街小巷的飯店、攤點上均有蠔仔煎供應。
關於此食的來歷,在民間還有這樣一個傳說:善良的土地公公希望世上人人富有,都能過上好日子。
但土地婆不同意,她說若是人人都富有,自己的女兒出嫁時誰給擡轎子。
為此,她“要讓富的富頂天,窮的無寸地”。
天下的窮人多,都恨透了土地婆,聽說土地婆最不喜歡吃蠔肉,於是人們便在她誕辰這天專做“蠔子兜”(即蠔仔煎的前身)供她,以示報復。
於是,閩南人便漸漸有了吃蠔仔煎的風俗習慣。
