中國人對反饋信息的態度與西方人相比也是不太一樣的。一般而言，反饋的信息有時候與自己的認識一致，有時候不一致。我們發現一個很有趣的現象：如果在第一次實驗給美國學生一個與他判斷不一致的信息，他第二次做心理測驗時會有一種極化傾向，會證明你說的不對。例如，如果第一次測驗說你是一個外向的人，他會認為自己是一個內向的人，並在第二次測驗時變得更加內向，來說明你的判斷不對。這種反應是下意識的。而如果給中國人看一個不一致的信息，他會變得同意你的判斷。 …
