泡好茶除了茶葉、功夫以外，茶壺也是一項很重要的東­西。有在泡茶的民眾都知道，「茶壺」以紫砂壺最有名，紫砂壺不但必須純手工捏製，而且­還能充份發揮茶葉的香氣。
