文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
遇到不開心的事,失意的時候,很多發泄方式其實是"消耗"。
剪髮,去掉煩惱絲。
購物,花費一筆錢。
發律師信、打官司,中間人受益。
發脾氣、扔擲、破壞、得罪人、打架、自虐、自殘、決裂、辭工、把支票撕成碎片扔向對方以挽回自尊——統統是"消耗"。
消耗有一種浪費得起的快感——最痛快的手勢是"我不要!"、"誰稀罕"的手勢。雖然,事後還得結帳、收拾殘局。重要的是發泄。無所謂,你既然不快樂,何必令自己繼續受苦?"忍"是心頭一把刀。
不過有些發泄不同"消耗",可以"補給"。
一位新導演說,拍戲過程很失望,批評多,情緒低落,失去自信,於是他去健身。做運動會產生一些"快樂和爾蒙",起碼自己的BODY不會倒下來。另外還吃大吃維生素、雞精、燕窩。
一個人的"心"再崩裂枯朽,"身"還得保持狀態,必須健康強壯,支撐起軟弱的靈魂。不健身,也要睡得好。有女星說:"我絕對不準許自己失眠。"在困難時刻,上床深呼吸三下,送自己入黑甜夢鄉——
恨是"消耗"。自愛是"補給"。
