文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
閩茶半出武夷,就是不是武夷之產,也往往借這名山為號召。鐵羅漢,鐵觀音的兩種,為茶中柳下惠,非紅非綠,略帶赭色;酒醉之後,喝它三杯兩盞,頭腦倒真能清醒一下。其他若龍團玉乳,大約名目總也不少,我不戀茶嬌,終是俗客,深恐品評失當,貽笑大方,在這裏只好輕輕放過。
從《閩小紀》中的記載看來,蕃薯似乎還是福建人開始從南洋運來的代食品;其後因種植的便利,食味的甘美,就流傳到內地去了;這植物傳播到中國來的時代,只在三百年前,是明末清初的時候,因亮工所記如此,不曉得究竟是否確實。不過福建的米麥,向來就說不足,現在也須仰給於外省或臺灣,但田稻倒又可以一年兩植。而福州正式的酒席,大抵總不吃飯散場,因為菜太豐盛了,吃到後來,總已個個飽滿,用不著再以飯顆來充腹之故。
飲食處的有名處所,城內為樹春園、南軒、河上酒家、可然亭等。味和小吃,亦佳且廉;倉前的鴨麵,南門兜的素菜與牛肉館,鼓樓西的水餃子鋪,都是各有長處的小吃處;久吃了自然不對,偶爾去一試,倒也別有風味。城外在南臺的西菜館,有嘉賓、西宴臺、法大、西來,以及前臨閩江,內設戲臺的廣聚樓等。洪山橋畔的義心樓,以吃形同比目魚的貼沙魚著名;倉前山的快樂林,以吃小盤西洋菜見稱,這些當然又是菜館中的別調。至如我所寄寓的青年會食堂,地方清潔寬廣,中西菜也可以吃吃,只是不同耶穌的饗宴十二門徒一樣,不許顧客醉飲葡萄酒漿,所以正式請客,大感不便。
