咖喱粉或醬自己也能調配,不過蠻復雜的,我勸你還是省卻這個過程。咖喱粉向店里買好了,印度的、印尼的、馬來西亞的,任選。
一般的人都認為煮咖喱是一件難事。
秘訣在於材料一定要和咖喱混合,讓它入味,兩樣東西一分開,絕對煮不出好咖喱來。
把鍋里的材料轉放進一個鍋中,再加大量的椰漿或牛奶進去滾,滾至全熟為止。
先把一個洋蔥切碎。洋蔥是煮咖喱最主要的材料,不可缺少。
要多少分量?咖喱可稠可稀,依自己口味做準,通常是洋蔥碎都被咖喱粉厚厚地包住,是最適當的了,火不必太猛。
