卡波維茲詩選·沈默的一課
蒂蒙圖斯·卡波維茲（1921——）曾在弗羅茨瓦夫大學研究波蘭哲學，獲得博士學位。他同時用好幾種文體寫作：詩歌、劇本、短篇小說及文學批評，出版過好幾首詩集。卡波維茲的詩運思深遠，致力於探究人類語言表達的可能性和界限及被迫沈默帶來的極度痛苦。
當一只蝴蝶
劇烈地對折
它的翅膀
請把這當作一個沈默的呼喚
當一只受驚的鳥兒
它的一片羽毛
跌進一束光線
請將這當作一個沈默的呼喚
以這種方式習得
怎樣沒有聲響地走路
大象用它圓柱般的腿
人們用他們的身軀
田野上的那些樹木
緘默地站立
像那些受驚嚇者
豎起汗毛
