星觀點·從蘇獨警惕沙砂分離主義
蘇格蘭的歷史性獨立公投落幕，選民以55.3%對44.7%的投票結果，讓蘇格蘭繼續留在大不列顛聯合王國，讓這個有307年歷史的王國避過分裂危機。
公投雖已落幕，英國和蘇格蘭未來要面對的挑戰卻才開始。英國被逼應允給予蘇格蘭議會更大的民主和自治權，可能因此刺激北愛爾蘭和威爾斯採取行動，也 要求更大的自治權。對蘇格蘭本身而言，55%對44%的投票結果，說明蘇格蘭社會已分裂為統獨兩派，這統獨之爭帶來的裂痕如何彌補，是未來嚴峻的挑戰。
雖然蘇獨失敗，但它帶來的“獨立意識”，激勵了全球許多尋求獨立和自主的群體；從歐洲到亞洲，莫不尋求以蘇格蘭經驗為一個依循途徑。
甫於9月16日度過第51個“馬來西亞日”的我國，也因為近期出現的一個“沙巴砂拉越脫離大馬”…
