誤區四, “中國的銀行把錢大都借給了國企, 而私營企業很難獲得信用貸款”？拉迪提供的駁斥數據為, 從2009年到2012年的貸款餘額中, 國有企業的比重由56%下降到48%, 而私營企業的比重由26%上升到36%；銀行貸款流量中私營企業的比重也在2012年上升到了52%。拉迪認為, 盡管私企仍然沒有得到充分的服務, 但不能認為幾乎所有的貸款都進了國企。而私企的利息保障倍數達到了9.6%, 遠超國企的4.3%, 這一點加上私企的高資產回報率使銀行比從前更加願意為私企提供貸款。
