江迅‧新一波起四字姓名的潮流
與一幫朋友看巴西世界杯球賽，朋友甲說，世界級球星都是四字名的，他報出一大串：阿根廷隊的薩巴萊塔、荷蘭隊的尼祖迪莊、克羅地亞隊的傑拉維奇、意大利隊的的基耶利尼、英格蘭隊的賈吉爾卡、德國隊的賀維迪斯、哥斯達黎加隊的祖爾甘保……朋友乙說，不錯，足球明星大多是四字名，如馬拉多納、羅納爾多、貝肯鮑爾，而籃球明星大多是兩字名字，如喬丹、科比、麥迪、姚明、羅伊……這當然是偽命題，博笑而已。

江迅‧你多久沒閱讀一本書了？
我供職傳統紙媒周刊，兼職新媒體，又策劃香港書展的“名作家講座系列”，於是，新媒體與閱讀，是我常常碰到的話題。何謂新媒體，至今沒有定論，只是一個流動的概念而已。
新媒體給人們的行為方式、交際方式帶來巨變，也帶來新的閱讀方式：閱讀載體新，比如電腦、手機這樣的載體；閱讀內容新，比如文字閱讀之外，還有聲音、動畫、視頻這些“閱讀”內容；閱讀環境新，閱讀不再受限於場所的要求，戶外、旅途，還有互動。在新媒體時代，閱讀方便了，資訊海量了，那麼還需要讀書嗎？
一個月前出爐的2014國民閱讀調查資料顯示：2013年中國成年國民人均紙質圖書閱讀量為4.77本，遠低於韓國11本，法國20本，日本40本，以色列64本；人均每天讀書13.43分鐘。每個人是不是該問問自己：多久沒讀書了？為甚麼不讀書？…
