[愛墾研創·陳楨] 華商與華團、華教：X世代視角下的轉變
這是一個非常值得文化圈深入觀察的現象。
如果把日本近年的職場倫理轉變的案例放大來看，會發現它不只是「年輕人工作觀改變」，而是整個工業社會倫理正在退場。
而許多華團、華教董事部、宗鄉會館等組織，其實都是在舊倫理體系中成長起來的。因此，未來的衝突未必首先出現在企業，而很可能首先出現在華團。
一、華團領導階層的形成，本來就是工業社會的產物
二十世紀的華商成功模式大致是：創業 → 擴張 → 建立企業 → 累積財富 → 回饋社會 → 進入華團領導層…
