[愛墾研創·日本]裂隙：「經濟奇蹟」vs 「經濟泡沫」
日本舊世代的價值觀深受戰後高度經濟成長時期影響。在1950年代至1980年代末的「經濟奇蹟」年代，企業普遍實施終身雇用、年功序列與企業福利制度。對許多人而言，只要勤奮工作、服從組織、犧牲個人利益，就能獲得穩定收入、住房、家庭與社會地位。因此，「忍耐必有回報」、「忠誠於公司等於人生成功」、「集體利益高於個人需求」不只是道德觀念，更是符合當時社會現實的生存策略。
