陳明：這幾天去了馬來西亞（下）
作為一個受過專業訓練的研究人員，我對所有宗教及宗教活動都持冷靜旁觀的理性態度。但在美里，我有了第一次宗教或準宗教體驗，那是在看到跟我一樣黑眼睛黑頭髮黃皮膚的華人扶老攜幼從四面八方向三清殿聚攏的時候，是在看到蒲團上阿婆阿公嘴里的禱詞，似有似無手中的香火忽明忽滅的時候，是在晚會進行中燈光驟暗老中青三代華人手捧蓮花狀燭火緩步登臺齊唱莊學忠《傳燈》，“每一條河是一則神話，從遙遠的青山流向大海；每一盞燈是一脈香火，把漫長的黑夜漸漸點亮。為了大地和草原太陽和月亮，為了生命和血緣生命和血緣，每一條河是一則神話，每一盞燈是一脈香火，每一條河都要流下去，每一盞燈都要燃燒自己。每一條河，每一則神話，每一盞燈，每一脈香火，為了生命為了血緣都要燃燒都要流下去”的歌詞由隱而顯由低沈而昂揚的時候。

陳明：這幾天去了馬來西亞（上）
新加坡人總是說“你們中國、你們中國”。大馬華人則總是說“我們中國、我們中國”。這是我在大馬沙拉越州美里省覺得特別親切的主要原因。最近去那邊參加了蓮花山三清殿的落成開光典禮，很多的感慨使我想寫點什麽。
首先，是華人對中華文化的自豪感和熱愛之情。
