陳學祥·韓國泡菜之旅

坐了9个半小时（亚庇-吉隆坡-首尔）的飞机、一下机出了机场，就到10分钟车程的餐厅吃第一餐韩国菜。开始了我的泡菜(kimchi)之旅。
在韩国，不论是早餐、午餐、晚餐或夜宵，泡菜是必须品！所以我的早餐，也是在韩国吃第一道食物理所当然的就是泡菜啦。
没有去过韩国我都不知道，原来泡菜共有200多种，而50种比较流行。但在我的印象中却只有一种。那就是用大白菜（黄芽白）来制成的泡菜。
其实泡菜的好处多不胜数，所以韩国人每天，每一餐都一定要有泡菜。
泡菜能帮助消化，清肠胃，提升免疫系统，开胃，美容，瘦身。。。。…
