Astroturfing 偽草根運動
Astroturfing是人工創造出來的一個很有草根口碑的產品、服務或者政治觀點。商業利益驅動下的astroturfing一般被稱作“草根營銷”。“草根營銷”的本質與其名稱恰恰相反，實際上應該叫著“偽草根操作”或“偽草根運動”，這主要是因為一些聲名狼藉的營銷者利用因特網提供的匿名性，采用欺騙手段來達到自己的目的。
Astroturf營銷者通常采用博客、留言板、播客、維基、視頻博客、聊天室和社會媒體 網站像myspace之類，來建立一個人工口碑。欺騙性的astroturf營銷手段包括在針對性人口調查中冒充某個人，創造一個完全虛構的人物(稱為一 個人肉傀儡，殭屍)，而對別人來說似乎是一個真實存在的人。Astroturfing營銷有時也叫綠色營銷。（收藏自 網路）
