文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
上海人有一種東西,叫“泡飯”,廣東人說泡飯是沒有營養的,故此不吃。
小時候痛恨泡飯、醉雞、芹菜。如今覺得大頭菜過泡飯加腐乳,真是清淡可口,尤其是“鍋焦泡飯”,這恐怕是寧波獨有的食物,大暑天什麼都不想吃,扒碗泡飯,精神一振。送泡飯的小菜也很多,蝦米浸醬油,火腿片,肉鬆,都是最理想的,父親喜歡“油(入水)果肉”。吃得快時,筷子與碗相撞叮叮響,吞得“沙沙”地爽快,毫無吃相的吃是最痛快的,可愛的泡飯。
