陳明發院士·在地文創競爭力，核心何在？
創意不能脫離文化，文化不能脫離文學，文學不能脫離在地敘事元素。在不同意見紛呈互撞、感受千變萬化的年代，有效的領導更顯重要；根據霍華德·加納教授的說法，領導最重要的媒介，是故事。我要畫蛇添足一句：地方領導需要在地敘事。
