李信良《百年老字号 ~ 悦香》
霹雳司南马的老字号海南咖啡店, 由当年的悦香至新悦香, 以至今天的悦香饮食中心。根据推算悦香创始于1908年, 由当初的创办人海南文昌县陈大兰开始创业, 共经历了四代人。第二代为陈明宪的两位伯公陈有禄与陈有禅两人合营, 然后移交给他们的侄儿陈文球继续营业, 再传文球次子明宪营业迄今。
廿九年前营业于门牌20号的悦香更经过一场大火的洗礼, 1986年约8月尾的大火灾共焚毁了六间店屋, 记忆中火患发生时, 正巧我也在现场目睹了这场触目惊心的大火, 由隔壁燃起的大火很快就蔓延了过来, 当时我只能协助另一边商店搬出针车与布匹。唉! 往事如烟, 一晃眼已廿九年。…
