在中國大陸、日本與韓國三個社會中，一種高度相似的社會路徑長期存在並持續強化：透過標準化考試進入體制性或穩定職業，並以補習機構作為關鍵的中介機制。這一結構不僅是一種教育現象，更是一種深層的制度文化配置，它連結了國家治理、社會流動、家庭期待與個人生命規劃。
本文試圖從制度邏輯與文化心理兩個層面，解析為何東亞社會特別容易形成「考試—補習—穩定職業」的循環結構。
