楊忠勇·南洋風水墨畫
沙巴海上絲綢之路學會署理會長拿督楊忠勇博士太平局紳在百忙之中，常常設法擠出時間給年輕一代講解、示範什麼是水墨畫，散播文化傳承的種子。
在講解了如何應用水墨畫的各種工具並示範後，創辦沙巴藝術學院從事美術教育已25年的楊院長常常鼓勵學生們先從自由創作繪畫著手。畢竟，大家畫得開心，沒有壓力, 心靈上自然能享受其樂趣。
楊院長最愛在講習班上採用本土日常生活題材作爲示範，讓學生們很容易明白及上手。
他認為，水墨畫由水和墨經過調配所畫出的畫，是繪畫的一種形式，更多時候，水墨畫被視爲中國傳統繪畫，也就是國畫的代表。也稱爲中國畫。

基本的水墨畫，僅有水與墨，黑與白色，但進階的水墨畫，也有工筆花鳥畫，色彩繽紛。…
