Cardio. I wrestled for 4 years in high school and probably hundreds of scams hour we spent by the mat, we spent at least an hour doing any kind of cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Cardio exercises include jumping rope, plyometrics, running (on a treadmill or round the street), biking, swimming, etc. Although it is nice purchase a routine, changing increase the types of cardio you do, can cause "muscle confusion" allowing one to break over the muscle more effectively, becoming stronger, whereas in the better condition. It also eliminates the monotony of your workouts.
 
Phase II - Although phase 3 is what your see major transformation happen, this is probably my preferred. In this stage you are bridging the space between building large muscles and building defined body. Rusty calls this his hybrid Muscle Building phase.
