怡保这里除了芽菜鸡之外，盐焗鸡也是非常出名的
单单是新街场这里，就有数十间大大小小的店在卖盐焗鸡，最受欢迎的可算是老字号宴琼林盐焗鸡了
店外堆叠了很多包装好的盐焗鸡，方便顾客上门购买
宴琼林盐焗鸡，鸡只是用了甘榜鸡 （ 俗称放山鸡）
一打开来就闻得到阵阵的药材香。吃起来咸咸的很入味，除了药材的味道，还带有淡淡的烟熏味，不晓得店家是不是用柴火把鸡烤熟的，味道还真的不错
