蔡瀾的生活方式《洲際酒店SPA》
目前香港開的男性用Spa也不少了；但是環境和裝修最好之一，應該是“洲際酒店”內的，因不太做宣傳，知道的人不多，一大早或辦公時間內去最適宜。
經過酒店內設備整全的健身室就能找到Spa的櫃臺。
裏面一共有五間按摩房，分別以風水為名，叫“紫微”、“文昌”、“太陰”和“武曲”，有單人用的，和情侶用的雙人房。
每間房均由花崗石鋪成，備有獨立的桑拿、蒸氣房及亞耶古齊按摩浴池。
有一間設有多種減肥器材，但賺不到我的錢。
另辟一室，可在那裏修修指甲。
當今的蛇王，已經不必躲進所謂“蛇竇”的茶餐廳，在這個Spa可以找到我。
