蔡瀾的生活方式《HAIR CULTURE》
Hair Culture有許多分店，我常光顧的是尖沙咀的總行，樓下有家餐廳咖啡室，環境幽雅。
墻上掛著的部分是周潤發的靜物攝影作品，等於是他的一個小沙龍。
顧客之中不乏巨星，鄭秀文更免費為該公司拍廣告。
我的頭，由Billy處理，已成老友，他也替周潤發飛發，同一位技師，發型看起來總沒有發哥的瀟灑，命也。
走上樓梯，叫做Hip，為年輕版本，剪發價錢相宜，約二百至三百元。
再上一層是Hair Culture，由最頂級技師主持，像Billy Choi、Sunny Chan、Sunny Yu和Sky幾位股東兼發型師親自操刀，註重創意的發型設計，風格以時尚及前衛見稱。
