李忠卿·出國人選
某研究所最近有一項出國考察任務，全所包括一名看門的李老頭在內，總共不過11人，但是只有一個出國的名額，究竟派誰去呢？
所長權衡再三，仍物色不出最佳出國人選。為求公平合理，只好沿襲傳統的選舉辦法，用無記名投票形式來確定。第一輪選舉似乎很順利，從每個選舉人的表情看，好像都很輕松，但是選舉結果竟出乎意料：10名研究員，每人均得1票，天知道這票是怎麽投的？院長鼻子酸溜溜的，只得再搞第二輪選舉，為了提高命中率，每人限選兩名，超半數者為中選人。選舉後的結果更讓人大吃一驚：10張選票中，除了10名研究員的名字外，都不約而同地掛著李老頭的大名。
李老頭是幸運的，不幸的是誰呢？
