陳明發〈来都来了？還得了！〉
二十餘年前，我給媒體寫文創「科普」專欄，自命「學而不厭、誨人不倦」，提倡文化結合創意的革新概念與方法。
具體來說，就是給客戶-共創伙伴生產不一樣的體驗。
在組織語境中，那時節，「體驗」二字相對還是很陌生的一回事。
比較多一些人理解的，只是“卓越服務”、“感性服務”之類的。
今天，大家說「體驗」已經說得很泛濫，盡管如此，絕大部分時候也只是指向「消費」而已。
「消費」當然重要，要不文創如何產業化？…
