老師沒教的事（6）楊州炒飯
當我上優管找尋有關華族炒飯的錄影，以作為這個老師沒教的事系統學習材料時，發現最多人觀賞的單元，居然就是這一支菲律賓網友上載的，用的是菲律賓其中一個大語系Tagalog，種族情緒作祟，忽然就覺得華族本身為何不拍這東西呢？真丟人。後來想想，人家願意學你的東西，何嘗不是一種文化優勢？

這世界有很多人很會用嘴巴做菜。
而且做得道道是好菜，只是嘴巴做了一輩子菜，卻沒人真正吃過他們嘴巴做出來的菜。
同批人，有天看到有人開始真的下廚房做菜，就緊張的到處鐵口斷定別人做的菜一定難吃。
我說，既然你們嘴巴都那麼會做菜，那就親自下埸做幾道讓人驚艶的菜吧！
不要一看人下廚房就一肚子酸氣。
