主要講述在公司中處處遭到排擠、不爲同事歡迎、老闆賞識的職場底層和"白骨精"等白領用語完全不搭邊的女主角丁力男，因爲長相平凡、舉止冒失、不修邊幅，再加上被美女同事白美文陷害，使其最終被公司開除。然而在人生最低谷時，力男的好姐妹菲菲出謀劃策，啓動炮製美女計劃，從形象穿着再到氣質的全方位變身，這位時尚達人將力男打造成一個全新的都市性感美女，而一場力男重回職場的強勢迴歸後，力男贏得同事們的歡迎、老闆的賞識，又將面對事業和情感上的什麼難題呢？
