馬里歷史名城廷巴克圖，位於撒哈拉沙漠南緣，尼日爾河中游北岸，是古代西非和北非駱駝商隊的必經之地，從公元14世紀中葉起，相繼成為馬里帝國和桑海帝國的重要都市，在阿斯吉亞王朝（1493年至1591年）時期，是西非的文化和宗教中心，世界各地的伊斯蘭學者紛紛到這里講學布道，那些能工巧匠更是在這里大顯身手，使這座城市聲威遠震，與開羅、巴格達和大馬士革齊名，是當時著名的伊斯蘭學術研究地之一，市區多伊斯蘭教和阿拉伯文化遺址，被聯合國教育、科學及文化組織列入世界文化及自然遺產保護名錄。…

阿爾及利亞首都阿爾及爾，位於阿爾及利亞北部，南靠雄偉的泰勒阿特拉斯山脈北麓，座落在宛如一個半圓形劇場的烏艾德·哈臘和烏艾德·馬扎法蘭兩海灣之間，沿地中海阿爾及爾灣西岸伸延16公里，市區全長75公里，街道房屋大都建築在山丘上，迂迴起伏，猶如一顆明珠閃耀在地中海的南岸。走出阿爾及爾城，越過泰勒阿特拉斯山，再往南便進入了舉世聞名的撒哈拉大沙漠。阿爾及爾城氣候溫和，終年綠草如茵，林木茂盛，花開不斷，站在高處俯視全城，近處鬱鬱蔥蔥，遠處水天相接，景色優美迷人，素有「花園城市」之稱，加之城內名勝古跡眾多，對世界各地的遊客頗具吸引力，使這里成為北非地區的一處旅遊勝地。…
