好久好久以前，在王母娘娘的蟠桃宮裡，有一個絶美無雙的珠寶植物園，此園名叫「斐麗園」。裡面長著稀奇古怪的各種植物，每棵植物都會結出獨特的果實，可別小看了，它們可都是稀世奇珍。原來天宮裡的珠寶都是這兒「長」出來的，隨便一小顆都價值連城。
斐麗園是由一隻神羊所掌管，這羊可神氣了：高大威武的外表，配上雪白如銀絲的長毛；昂然的頸項加上炯炯有神的雙眼，足以讓覬覦這天宮珠寶的不肖之徒喪膽；胸前配掛著王母娘娘御賜的風繼鈴，每走一步都會發出如美玉互相碰撞的琤琮聲，四蹄更是由天宮第一工匠鑲上純淨無雜色的紅玉髓。神羊對自己的外貌極為滿意，常常在園子裡踱著步子，讓微風輕輕吹起牠身上銀白色的長毛，一邊享受著四周羨慕的眼神。…
