傳奇底片 Kodachrome 已經停產,而最後一卷作為歷史的遺物,最終就由當代著名攝影師 Steve McCurry 親自操刀。

為甚麼?因為家傳戶曉的「阿富汗少女」就是由他以 Kodachrome 拍攝的,以此作為終局,也算是一個帶著遺憾的圓滿結局。

Organisasi Buruh Antarabangsa (ILO) serta kebanyakan kerajaan biasanya menetapkan lingkungan umur NEET antara 15 hingga 34 tahun. Tempoh ini sepatutnya merupakan fasa penting dalam kehidupan seseorang untuk membina kerjaya, menamatkan pendidikan tinggi, dan berintegrasi ke dalam masyarakat. Namun begitu, golongan NEET menunjukkan keterpisahan yang serius daripada struktur arus perdana masyarakat.

Dalam kehidupan harian, ciri utama NEET ialah ketiadaan rutin harian yang teratur dalam jangka panjang. Aktiviti mereka kebanyakannya terhad di dalam rumah, dengan pergantungan kepada internet, permainan video atau dunia maya sebagai tumpuan utama kehidupan. Perlu ditekankan bahawa NEET berbeza sama sekali daripada “golongan tidak bekerja secara pilihan” atau “golongan berpendapatan pasif”. NEET bergantung sepenuhnya kepada sokongan kewangan keluarga dan tidak mempunyai kemandirian ekonomi atau perancangan masa depan yang jelas.

2.Faktor psikologi individu dan masalah penyesuaian

Ramai golongan NEET mengalami pelbagai masalah seperti kebimbangan sosial, kemurungan, atau kecenderungan mengasingkan diri. Ada yang pernah mengalami buli di sekolah atau pengalaman negatif di tempat kerja awal yang memberi kesan trauma. Untuk melindungi diri daripada tekanan psikologi, mereka memilih untuk mengasingkan diri dalam persekitaran rumah yang dianggap lebih selamat.

3.Perubahan struktur keluarga dan gaya asuhan

Masyarakat dengan kadar kelahiran rendah menyebabkan sumber keluarga tertumpu kepada sedikit anak. Sesetengah ibu bapa mengamalkan gaya asuhan terlalu melindungi (“ibu bapa helikopter”), yang menghalang anak daripada membina ketahanan diri dan kebolehan menghadapi kegagalan. Pada masa yang sama, sokongan kewangan keluarga secara tidak langsung membolehkan golongan muda terus hidup tanpa bekerja, sekali gus melambatkan proses mereka memasuki masyarakat.

Kerusi itu kosong. "Kekasih Selatan" sang tetua, walaupun pernah mencetuskan kekecohan di seluruh kota akibat skandal sumbangan dana pada masa lalu, namun kewibawaan dan kuasa sang tetua sudah cukup untuk menyelesaikan segala-galanya untuk beliau. Seorang "teman wanita akrab" memang selayaknya disayangi dan dimanjakan, bukan?
