陳明發《節日：在異土傳承與發揚》
神州大地區域遼闊，節慶方式不盡相同。可是，節日的底蘊卻是相通的。各籍貫的華人即使遠漂異土，所繼承的文化價值觀與認同感，從節日中所表達出來的，與祖籍國也是相同的。隨著日常生活自然的歷史變化，在形式上可能有所變化，如沙巴的舞獅舞龍間中采納了當地原住民的音樂助陣，不僅不損原有節日所承載的傳統精神，更將之發揚到當地的其他族群裏去，促進彼此的相互理解與欣賞，更促進整體文化的多姿多彩。
