我發現，現在的年輕人大多不清楚業界的實際情況，我能給的建議就是：“想清楚再繼續。”最好能花點時間蒐集資訊，認識行業本身到底是怎麼一回事。許多即將畢業的學生，都不知道自己能做什麼？想做什麼？這是台灣學院裡普遍存在的現象。年 輕朋友們應該從高中時就開始思考，未來想要成為怎麼樣的人，因為要當什麼樣的人，就要做什麼樣的事情。我也鼓勵年輕人多多開拓自己的方向，未來的可能性是無限的。以我為例，當初唸藝專時，班上十七個人，畢業後只剩兩個人在做雕塑，其他有的賣房子、賣車子、有做公務員的；重點是，只要自己認為對的事情，就應該堅持下去！ （臺灣雕塑藝術家林伯瑞）（Photo: Claudia Wycisk）
