文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
《五星級香港――文化狂熱與民俗心靈》(陳雲博士,香港花千樹出版有限公司,2005年,113、114頁)提到,“與資本家一樣,工人也是依靠創意勞動(creativework)或者智慧型勞動(smartlabor)而生存。創意是回到“有/無”的競爭,因此不會被資本的多/寡和速度的快/慢所擊敗。面對終身自學,創意勞動者必須改變被動的心態,要以我為主,“持續學習”是為了重新發現自己先前被工作崗位磨蝕了的潛能,是為了“自新”(re-inventing oneself),而不再是為雇主盡忠,面對職位的合約化,創意工人也是一所有限公司,他/她只能當自己企業家的合約合作夥伴,是工作合約的遊獵者。
“傳統的遊獵社會(hunter-gatherers),朝不保夕,因此需要社員的互相幫忙與分享資源;也只有這樣,經濟貧乏的社員方可維持生存和建立經濟財富之外的文化價值。新的合約工人時代,受到間歇性的失業威脅,因此可以預見“互助社”將透過傳統的社區和新興的網絡形式,再度興起。我們目前的核心家庭,是一個與鄰居隔絕的休暇消費單位,將來它會再次成為一個生產與服務交易的社區單位,以降低生活費用和減少商業消費。
