齊克果《臺柱》
我剛從一個晚會上回來，我是這個晚會的臺柱和中心人物：我妙語連珠，令每個人都開懷大笑，都喜歡上我，對我贊嘆不已 ―― 但是我還是抽身離去了，其實這個破折號應像地球運轉軌道的半徑一樣長 ―――― 我想開槍打死我自己。
每個懂得沈默的人都會成為神之子；因為在沈默中，他意識到自己神聖的來歷。誰喋喋不休，
我們所害怕的，正是我們所渴望的。
在反省的海洋上，我們無法向任何人呼救，因為每一個救生圈都是辯證的。
只有向後才能理解生活；但要生活好，則必須向前看。

齊克果《這個時代是錯亂的》
在我深受黑格爾以及各種近代思想影響的時候，在我還不夠成熟而恰到好處地把握上帝的時候，我在一篇論文裏居然大言不慚地說道，蘇格拉底的不完美在於他毫不顧及全體，而只看到個人。哦，我當初是怎樣一個黑格爾派大傻瓜！這正好提供了一個有力的證據，證明蘇格拉底是怎樣一個偉大的倫理學教師。
與上帝直接交往簡直就是異教。
一個人的偉大與渺小，完完全全取決於他自身與上帝交往的程度。
至於宇宙，大概就是圍著自己轉，即宇宙的自轉也。這種整體或一切的自轉，體現在微觀或局部。…
