《下雨天留客天》
拍摄当天绵绵细雨，为了躲雨，无意间在这位马来友族家逗留了相当久，家里看去虽然简陋但井井有条，走进厨房遇见这位马来妇人，正在使用研钵制作传统“马来栈辣酱”（sambal belacan)。
“马来栈辣酱”是马来人家家户户不能缺少的佐料，也是我的最爱，有了它吃起饭来也开胃些。
