近期，一批新型人才出現在了法國企業中，他們被稱為「公司里的哲學家」。作為公司哲學顧問，他們不僅需要為公司發展方向把脈、確立公司價值觀，還要組織員工一起進行「頭腦風暴」，思考工作的意義。法國企業里，這樣一股新鮮力量抬頭，在科技發展迅速的今天看來，顯得頗有深意。公司里的哲學家
Julien deSanctis是一位哲學家，也是一位博士，目前受雇於法國機器人制造初創公司Spoon。他工作的主要內容是：確定公司價值觀、思考人工智能發展所帶來的倫理問題、組織籌辦員工的「哲學午休」活動，等等。
