你可以很轻松说“算了”，如果大家都能“满足敞欢”，这“算了”才算數。

可是，太多太多事虽有人帮忙擦屁股，臭味还是嗅得到的。

更何况有天才鼓励大家在厕所做深呼吸。

    陳明發·何謂“哲學反思”?

    有些人一天到晚在批评，馬来西亞華人没有“哲學反思”能力。觀察了這些年，他們的口裏的“哲學”，不外是他們的既有議程，恰恰反映在他們的“反思”；“反”對某些人的固定“思”想。一旦反成了，議程结束，他們剩下的價值，就是繼續盯着他們所推倒的人，免得敗部復活。當年，種種“美好社會”的“希望”都烟消雲散了，他們都看不見了；即使他們以前認為“人可誅之”的現狀，變得更離譜、更不像樣，他們也没聲音；常常不僅粉飾太平，反而一切都變好了。此时，他們最憂慮的，反而是人民會“反思”。

    Oh, you sure know your rhetoric — shame isn’t exactly your strong suit, is it?

    部長——對先前所有的報告都毫無作為——現在卻輕鬆地表示，他正在等待警方提交更多報告。更甚者，他還厚顏地補上一句：「我們致力於維護法治、追求正義，並重建公眾對我們機構誠信的信心。」

    The minister – who has done nothing about all the earlier reports – now glibly says he is waiting for yet more reports from the police. And he had the audacity to add: “We are committed to upholding the rule of law, seeking justice, and restoring confidence in the integrity of our institutions.”

    民調顯示大家滿意我們的政績。

    The polls indicate that the public is pleased with our achievements.
