郭沫若《百花詩》杏花
不管是單瓣或復瓣有一個毛病，
便是先紅後白逐漸把紅色褪盡。
樹桿雖然高大，植根卻不很深，
要用大石壓根，花實才能繁盛。
單瓣的好在還有果實，還有杏仁，
果實由青而黃，黃中還帶有紅韻。
復瓣的就只有先紅而後白的花，
請求植物學家把我們改造一下。
