The ancient Silk Road contributed greatly to the cultural exchange between China and the West. From the second century BC to the fifteenth century AD, splendid civilizations among China, India, Greece, Persia and Rome were exchanged along this famous trade route, making the route a great "Cultural Bridge" between Asia and Europe.

朝聖其實就是旅遊行業的起源。朝聖就是世人向上蒼表現尊敬的一種形式。麥加、耶路撒冷、羅馬、伊斯坦布爾以及雅典，這些地方很久以來已經就是很多遊客的目的地。古老時代，但人們的行動不僅受限於一些法律規定，也受限於可使用的交通工具，朝聖提供了一個旅遊的理由，也是耗費巨資的動力。就如今天的遊客，那些朝聖者將帶回的紀念品以及路上的故事來娛樂沒有隨行的人。

對日本來說，最古老的朝聖地點就是坐落在名古屋南部的伊勢神宮，這裡供奉的神明是很多古老家族的先輩，其中包括皇室。神祗，就如兩千年前一樣，坐落在同一個地點，保持著同樣的形式。這個木造神祗，從690年開始，每隔20年的重建已然成為了一個歷史悠久的宗教儀式。我們過去很多代的祖輩都曾經在這裡膜拜先祖，迄今依然如此。…

月前，我在北京出席一項國際會議，主講者都名聲顯赫，以身份而言，包括多個國家的前政要，從總統、總理、外長……星光熠熠；地理而言，從俄羅斯、中亞、阿拉伯、印度次大陸、東南亞……，幅員遼闊。



這種大型會議，大概只有中國有如此豪氣主辦；至於會議主題，當然離不開時下最熱門的“一帶一路”。



場面壯觀，主辦者也有誠意，稍微遺憾的是，每個主講者約只有10來分鐘，要談這麼大的主題，畢竟只能浮光掠影，或是照本宣科。



回國至今，印象中的“一帶一路”，依然是停留在習近平主席的談話，中國沿著陸路和海上兩條路線出發，對沿線國家進行投資合作，各取有無，互補長短，從而取得經濟和政治的雙贏。…
